Now that the fiscal cliff might have been prevented and President Obama got his way: Higher taxes which means less for everyone to bring home and more government programs for his Socialist Utopia what do you think the Federal Debt will be when he leaves the Office in 2016? Its 16 trillion now. Remember before you comment his Health Care law (Who he claims its paid for, but why is my taxes going up for that, if its paid already) My guess is $21 trillion. Remember he once said that President Bush was reckless in spending. So whats your guess?

What do you suppose it would have been had old what's his face..the Republican...won the Presidency?

But wait...there's least three more fiscal cliffs coming to your neighborhood theater (and it is theater isn't it?) soon. It's showtime!

One thing about Republicans...they sure know how to play their suckers. And the same can be said for the Democrats. Two peas in a pod of corruption.

Sorry about my photo (if it shows a grotesque beast..I'm trying to change it)...someone playing games I guess. I need a stronger password, I guess.

No the picture is quite nice. My sons saw it and said it looks like me when they ask for some more Peppermint ice cream. I like it too. Thanks

Changed photos, finally. That was funny! I'm rather hooked on ice cream myself...any flavor will do...but I have to use a lot of will power to limit my consumption of it. Now, I'm off to the refrigerator for some ice cream. See how the power of suggestion affects some people?

I think the changing of icons relates to server updates. Your new submission doesn't show until the server is updated- just a guess.

I originally voted for Obama because in his campaign speech he promised that every American would have access to the same government insurance plan he and all members of Congress have.

A friend of mine who lives on benefits from her husband's work in Civil Service tells me she gets the government insurance and it is $114/month.

I have to go to the County Emergency Room if I can't afford the $150 for my doctor to see me before he refills my prescription. He never does anything except take my textbook perfect blood pressure and listens to my heart for $150, but claims he has to "see me" before he can refill my prescription.

Getting forced to go to Emergency for prescriptions uses up THOUSANDS of dollars and is a waste of time for Emergency Personnel, but it is the only way to get medicine if I don't have the $150.

The people will never get what the Congress will get as to health care and etc. They have so many perks its silly. One question I like to ask you. If you have a government job which is impossible to be fired; get 5 increases of your pay for the next 7 years; have 12 different health plans; 12 different dental plans; free transportation to work and back home and 5 different retirement pays why do you need a union? What screwed the ATC was that the union told them that if they were members they will get all that and more when they then and now already have that. PLUS ATC only work 15 years or more or less due to stress level of that job. So do you feel we will have what a Federal Employee or a Congressman or woman will get? NOPE

GM Shows Why We Need Medicare for All

Thom plus logo General Motors just pulled healthcare for 50,000 workers. There are some Democratic candidates suggesting that people love their health insurance companies, but this calculated move by a giant corporation that you and I helped bail out proves that employer sponsored healthcare is just another tool to control workers.
