Anybody else having trouble loading daily poscasts from the Thom Hartmann app on iPhone. I haven't been able to get it for days. You can go to the podcast site but the podcasts won't load, there's nothing there. Thanks, vernone

Yes, I can no longer get the daily podcasts on my iPhone. I listened in the morning and when I installed the latest iOS update (11.0) later in the day, I was no longer able to get them. Thankfully, I have not updated my iPad, and I can still get the podcasts, but it's kind of inconvenient not being able to put it in my pocket while gardening.

Apparently, apps that aren't compatible with iOS version 11.0 were given fair advanced warning to update to 64 bit, a more "modern software architecture" (whatever that means) and I'm guessing the Thom Hartman App failed to do this. Does anyone know how to notify them that this is a problem and find out if they are working on a fix? Meanwhile, DO NOT update to iOS if you want to continue to get this app on your iPhone or iPad. Version 11.00 is apparently a major update and there are a lot of other changes to be aware of. Unfortunately, you can't go back to the previous version.

Thanks for the info. I thought it was because I hadn't paid,which I thought I had. No use to pay for the Hartmann monthly podcast fee in that case. The Thom app has always had bugs on and off, but this makes me want to cancel my subscription. Just get him on XM and forget about it. I've been a Thom fan for years, since Air America, but if they're not going to take care of their app, I can't make it work. Really should get someone who can keep this app running or another company that would do it correctly. You never have anyone to call or anything when they have a screw up. Should have posted it on this board.

Make that THREE who can't get my Thom Hartmann podcast using an Apple product, in this case i'm having trouble downloading my TH podcasts on my iPOD. I've resorted to downloading on my ANDROID phone

I checked my phone and I only have the 9.3.1 update, so I'm not sure if it's the update with mine. Even though it says my phone is up to date. Whatever it is it seems like there's something wrong with the app.

I'm glad I went online and read these comments, I been having the same problem. I too have been a long time fan of Thom's and the only practicle way for me to to listen was via the podcast. I've written in a few times asking for help and/or information, but recieved no response. I hate to have to cancel subscription, but if it's not going to be corrected and there is no word on when or if it will be, I have no choice.

Hopefully Thom will find out soon and inform. There must be 1000's out there with the same problem. It's been two weeks now for me.

Hi, I think I finally found out what is causing this. I encountered this problem a few days after my subscription renewed(I had automatic renewal for the year), I got a message about the auto renewal subscription in my emails. The first time I couldn't retrieve the podcast, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I then entered my email and password and got the info that the podcast access had been unlocked, but I couldn't get them. Well, I wondered if my payment had actually gone through. So last night I went online and subscribed for a month. I entered my email/password again and got the podcast access and the podcasts were there. Wonder if the auto renewal wasn't/isn't working(I received no message that it didn't) and consequently wouldn't provide the podcast even though it told me I had access? Try it and see if that works.

Hi all

When we tested the iOS 11 in beta, it was working.

It seems in the final release, that something broke.

Our developer is aware and working on the fix as we speak.

As soon as it is submitted and cleared by Apple, new revised dition will be available.

In the meantime, you can still listen to the podcasts via thomhartmann.com/podcast

Hi Nigel,

I'm having the same difficulties with my iPhone since updating the OS a week and a half or so ago. The podcasts seem to download as usual but when I select them to play the message "Podcast Error - There was an error while loading this podcast. Please try again." comes up and it won't play. Any updates as to progress on your end? Thanks!
