Below is an article reported in the website www.commondteams.org . This what you get when you elect Republicans. America what have you become.

Oddly, one of the latest victims rounded up for deportation by Herr Trump's "military operation" doesn't quite fit his righteous boast of how, "We're getting gang members out, we're getting drug lords out, we're getting really bad dudes out of this country." In fact, this time he's getting Sara Beltran-Hernandez. A 26-year-old Salvadoran mother of two young children, she was picked up by immigration agents in November 2015 without proper papers as she tried to get to New York to visit her mother and other relatives. While her family petitioned for her asylum, Beltran-Hernandez had been detained at Texas' Prairieland Detention Center Texas until this month, when she was transferred to a Fort Worth hospital suffering from severe headaches, nosebleeds and memory loss; doctors diagnosed a brain tumor, and she was awaiting emergency surgery when ICE agents showed up Wednesday, bound her hands and feet, and forcibly removed her in a wheelchair.

Beltran-Hernandez is now back in detention, where she has been denied visits from her family and her lawyers and is still suffering from nose bleeds and headaches that make her feel "her head is exploding." In a macabre scene, one of her attorneys, Chris Hamilton, was filmed by a local TV crew trying to get access to her; he was turned away and threatened with arrest by blank-faced, bulky officials. "It is heartbreaking and inhumane,’’ he said. “This is unacceptable under our Constitution, and unacceptable from a standpoint of basic human rights.” This is also what we have become under the cruel orange pretender, says New York Times columnist Charles Blow in "The Death of Compassion." Vehemently rejecting the notion of compromising with voters who "accept, promote and defend bigotry, misogyny and xenophobia," Blow declares, "Trump is a cancer on this country and resistance is the remedy." For Beltran-Hernandez and thousands of others, we must "fight, fight, fight."

You can fully expect a continuous stream of bad policy such as this. The Fascists are in control. President Bannon is in control of the White House (fortunately it is called the White House or he would be changing the name). Write to your Senators and demand a Special Prosecutor to investigate Trumps taxes, campaign and Business's for Russian contacts and conflict of interest. This President and a lot of his cabinet have not been vetted. Today $86 billion in additional military spending. That is a whopping 86,000 more $1 million dollar bombs that we can drop on mud huts on the other side of the world.

86 billion in additional Military spending , that the military says it doesn't need or want. This 86 billion isn't really for the military, it's corporate welfare for the same war profiteers ,corporations that fund the republican party. This is pay back, with public money.

In any civilized society, you'd think the story of a woman in hospital awaiting surgery for a brain tumor, being dragged in full shackles, bleeding , from the hospital by immigration round up police, would lead the news cast, but instead we again get blow by blow of Drumpf White House buffoonery and the Oscar screw up. Not one of the six major corporate news outlets that control 90% of all the news and information Americans receive daily has mentioned what should be considered a crime against humanity inside the borders of the United States carried out by an ever increasing brutal police state.

This is all part and parcel of these so called large corporate news agencies carrying out lies by omission, just like they never discuss the harmful effects of fracking , global over heating or the attacks on net neutrality. Amazingly the 'liar in chief' has to be the lone figure to call out this cabal of soft porn providers known in America as news. But of course not for justice , but his own damaged vanity.

Ever wonder why the not one of media conspirators covered the police brutality at Standing Rock native reserve. It would bring to light the government involvement in confiscation of personal land , the very real probability of oil leaks and the permanent contamination of drinking water, all of which would reflect very negatively on media big oil sponsors and a government that really doesn't work for the American public anymore.

I remember a few years ago when the leftie/socialists were apoplectic over the fact the Republicans voted for a minor cut in the future PROPOSED increases in the budgets of these overblown government agencies. Months of wailing, gnashing of teeth, and hours of fodder for the gloom and doom radio bobbleheads to sputter over the airwaves.

Compared to that non event, this next proposed budget will be a real ball buster. Put on your crash helmet and head for your safe space cuz it's nut cuttin' time.

Civilized Country? They drag sick people from the hospital for using pot too. Even when the patient is in a Canadian hospital the US DEA drags them back to the states for trial. I know two people that has happened too. The trouble is that when people hear all of this fascist bullshit they get upset. For a minute until Trump or one of his appendages starts lying and twists it around. Then the people seem to just wonder off mumbling. Those people happen to be the Congress. Bannon has already claimed they re here to take down the government. Now maybe people will realize there is such a thing as a lesser evil. All those deadbeats not voting and those thinking all GOP are republicans with republican agendas will have to live with it for decades. From the start with 9 Goldman Sachs a shit 5 Generals including a Mad Dog. Billionaires galor and these shit kicking rednecks think these Wall St profit junkies will create jobs for them? When Republicans are beyond shame enough to diss on a woman suffering as this person grabbed by the officials in shackles from a hospital, what more do we need? Yes, we have laws designed to protect the rights of American citizens to obtain employment, and this as it should be. But we don't have to resort to cruel and embarrassingly barbaric treatment of people fighting for their lives in our hospitals to demonstrate our committment to maintaining laws designed to protect American jobs. Conservatives might sniff n' scoff saying "Well, how the hell else would you get the message out that we mean business?"

Perhaps by finding other ways of saying we'll protect ourselves w/o resorting first to mean tactics just to show how mean we can be in the interest of protecting employment fairness. Twisty? Yes, and it's because I want conservatives who support what happened to that woman to take some time to think about what happened to her and the soul of our country.

So some cops drag a bleeding woman awaiting surgery for a brain tumor away in shackles from a hospital to jail. Who cares America, isn't that right. No one will be held accountable. Your country has killed a million civilian Iraqis, no one will be held accountable , so what's one illegal worth. In Afghanistan the US war has killed over a quarter of million Afghanis, but if you ask an American they haven't a clue. In Vietnam you slaughtered an estimated 3 million people, mostly civilians, ask an American, again no clue. No one ever mentions Obama's criminal drone program that's killed thousands of innocents in a dozen countries. Remember there's no accountability. You Americans really lustful murderous violent bunch. You've become murder incorporated, exporting and profiting off your learned violence.

At home you kill each other at an alarming rates. You daily shock the world with your number of home grown mass murderers. You have a 'history of violence', of mass murder, extermination, slavery, you've even slaughterd each other by the hundreds of thousands in a civil war. You are the first and only country to use of nuclear weapons killing a quarter of a million civilians, ask an American , duh. On top of this extreme violence, you treat each other daily with contempt and cruelty. One half of your country hates the other half, families can't even sit together. Yet you hold yourselves up to the world as a paragon of civilized society, American exceptionalism. Should the rest of the world aspire to be like you, i think not, unless we have all lost our sanity.

"Oh what a tangled web we weave,

--Sir Walter Scott

The GOP or the DNC acting like the GOP, are Hypocrites and Murderers on a daily bases. So its no wonder they have no time for decency. The Neocons are a lump term but the records show the GOP are enthused about doing harm to Americans. While the DNC are PC and compromising to get along, many times with the same end results of doing harm. ConPromising on insanity leaves insanity. Obedient gopers are loyal, without questions, voting for whom they are told and bashing whom they are told. No free thought in the building. But this lame silliness of reversing the heartless and soulless acts real Lie and Odor party GOPs pride themselves in. Mean vulgar displays of Hate, now pointing to the Gerbils is plain lame.

Elian And The Drug War By Arianna Huffington
http://endingcannabisprohibition.yuku.com/topic/598

This sort of thing just doesn't happen in America. At least that's the unexamined assumption behind the full-plumed outrage at the ``excessive force'' used during the predawn raid to get Elian Gonzalez. `When you see those photographs of those INS agents in combat gear with automatic weapons entering that house ... and snatching the kid away,'' fumed Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), ``that's not America. That's not America.''`

`I couldn't imagine something like that could happen in America,'' echoed Mayor Rudy Giuliani. ``My first thought,'' protested Sen. Trent Lott (R-Miss.), was that this could only happen in Castro's Cuba.''

My first thought was -- you gotta be kidding, right? Can these savvy politicians really be oblivious to the thousands of SWAT-like night raids that take place every year in America in the name of the drug war? The only thing missing from them are AP photographers leaping fences to capture the action -- and media eager to disseminate it around the world.

Truth be told, Elian's Miami relatives got off easy. These ``dynamic entries,'' as they are known, regularly involve tear gas, residents thrown to the floor and handcuffed, and percussion grenades -- explosive devices intended to disorient everyone present while the police move in. And the raids usually take a lot longer than a surgical three minutes. But the elected officials who were ``sickened'' by what Elian was forced to witness do not seem remotely concerned by the fact that children are routinely exposed to such un-American -- or, in the words of Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), ``intolerable, unnecessary, outrageous'' -- behavior.

The task force arrived at Scott's estate before 9 a.m.. They crashed through the door and pushed Scott's wife, Frances Plante, through the kitchen into the living room. She screamed "Don't shoot me! Don't kill me!", apparently awakening her husband, who came downstairs brandishing a gun over his head. According to Plante, the officers told him to lower the gun, and, as he lowered his arm, they shot him to death. They left him lying in a pool of blood on the floor as they searched the premises, finding no trace of marijuana anywhere on the estate.

False. This is a lie of Trumpian proportion that Thom has repeated countless times. In fact, Reagan signed the law that made it illegal to hire.

Lets see...Trump won the electoral college. Hillary did not. Trump was inaugurated president. Hillary was not. Trump is giving speeches to congress. Hillary is not. Not much more to say, is there? Ay...

Coalage i repeat, Hillary with all her faults and baggage, managed to get 3 million more votes than heir Drumpf. Only 25 percent of the eligible voters In America , voted for Drumpf. That makes Drumpf a 'two bit' president. The women's March the day after his inauguration was double the size crowd than Drumpfs swearing in. Hardly a mandate to lead the country and create draconian legislation.

"Is anyone willing to say that we should have open borders and allow everyone be a citizen?"

Joni Mitchell sings, "Everything grows up along a boundary."

Something like that. If we have no boundaries, don't we wind up with a mass amorphous blob, in a sea of entropy?

Did they cut the funding for schools in Canada while you were attending? Is that why you are having comprehension issues? I'm sorry.

Hillary was supposed to win by leaps and bounds, a landslide. Everybody said so. Remember? I'm sure you do...it wasn't very long ago. She lost, and considering what was thought to be her huge advantages going in, this is probably the most embarrassing presidential election defeat ever. She got beat by Donald "Freaking" Trump. It doesn't matter what percentage of the voters Trump got, or didn't get. She got beat by Donald "Freaking" Trump. He sits in the White House, she walks in the woods in New York somewhere.

He won...he doesn't need a mandate. He beat Hillary. She lost to Donald "Freaking" Trump. Let that sink in for a few moments. Hopefully your little head won't explode while you ponder that fact. She lost to Donald "Freaking" Trump. How bad of a candidate, and how poor of a campaign strategy, did Hillary have to have/be to lose to Donald "Freaking" Trump?

What is sad about this terrible offensive incident and which makes me sad is the officers who dragged this woman from her hospital bed showed no humanity. I feel this also for the police officers who manned the swat team at the Dakota Pipeline (DAPL). What is happening to our nation that we have raised children who turn into beasts without a heart as adults? Anyone who stepped forward to rescue this woman inside that hospital would probably have been clubbed and then shackled to be carted off to jail for interfering with police business.

I am so proud of you making this statement, we need more people like you with humanity to stand up and be counted. I watched as the police at the Dakota Pipeline acted like corporate hired thugs right out the 1920's. JESSIE, this is the result of decades and decades of politicians, especially your presidents getting away with bloody murder. George W Bush added torture and kidnapping to these indignities and got away scot free with it all. This unaccountable cruelty has seeped into the psyche of American society.

As for this poor woman suffering a brain tumor being dragged by police in hand cuffs and shackles to a jail, she was at first rounded up under orders of the Obama presidency and has been in detention ever since. Her country Guatamala has been taken over by a right wing military coup, which was encouraged and endorsed by a one Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state under Obama. What's resulted is an oppressive environment and a re igniting of the old right wing death squads used against anybody speaking out. So this poor lady running from American backed Guatamalan death squads and she runs into inhuman American fascist police.

gumbo, typical republican bull , nice try at guilt and deflection when it comes to your southern borders and those desperate people who daily cross them. The truth is this worker migration could be stopped overnight if heads of companies or individuals who hire undocumented workers were subject to a mandatory prison term. There is legislation on the books, with luke warm penalties but since Reagan refused to follow the law and instead placed the burden of the act on the shoulders of lowly workers who could not defend themselves, ever since his administration stopped prosecuting those who hire, there has been on average one prosecution per year for hiring undocumented workers, for all the millions of workers who have entered the US illegally.

Who are we, in the first place, to say who belongs where, doing what - or not? Which laws govern our sense of right and wrong?

Who has the right to impose those laws on others? Who has the right to challenge laws that do not serve their own life and freedom?

Are there ways to embrace such ideological boundaries without imposing geographical borders on naturally transient cultures?

I think these are complicated questions. When I was young, I presumed I had the right to go anywhere, unconstrained.

After all, if we are free, who needs boundaries?

Well, after running into several brick walls of 'reality' - and learning more about the real world and the hell so many people live through, I realize, some boundaries are there - whether or not we find them necessary today, at one time they had relevance. Chances are, at least for some, they still do.

I want to live in peace, so I try to respect boundaries, whatever they are. And when I see the boundaries that secure my freedom abused by those who are sworn to protect them ... I look for ways to address the problem. More often than not, I return to the mote in 'mine own eye' ... and the adage, about putting your own home in order first, if you hope to change the world.

But that is if you have a home. And that is a key concern.

In my view, heaven and earth are our home, and there is enough space contained therein to hold us all - if only people can embrace that open space within rather than fighting (and killing) over who owns and controls a surrounding world we are born to share (like fat and muscle competing to see which one controls the fascia ... completely irrational.)

When it comes to healing a world so full of treachery and corruption, I wonder if the brighter light doesn't cast a bigger shadow.

GUMBO , you're so irritating and such a phony . Ronald Reagan your hero thought undocumented workers should be allowed to stay once they entered the US as workers. he passed legislation that allowed 3 million illegals to stay permanently in America.

Yes, I know. The law you are referring to is the same law that made it illegal to hire illegal immigrants. Before that it was perfectly legal to employ someone here illegally. Thom has been lying when he states that Reagan stopped enforcing laws against illegal employment.

American employers who commit the crime of posting American jobs in Mexican newspapers to entice undocumented desperate workers illegally north of the border, the CEO's of these companies should be criminally charged , jailed and assets from their companies used to fund proper care, including health care for illegals when they are finally in detention, and all costs of 'comfortably', returning these workers to Mexico should be paid by these American companies, including paying all earned wages and back money owed.

As for jobs, NAFTA created undeer the Reagan administration, finalized and ceremonially signed under George HW Bush Sr, has cost America 700 thousand job losses, destroyed unions, driven down US income across the board over the last 20 years.
