The way the law works, we have no expectation of privacy. But we should!
I can only hope that the folks who voted yes are tea baggers. That is a ridiculous expectation. You have not been payiing attention. Every company you ever dealtr with has all the info they want. Then they throw it back to you. And you expect privacey? Think!
That may be the way the law works, but the laws in this country are not always constitutional and all laws should take our constitutional rights in mind when they are created. Same with our justice system. The constitution says equal rights for all, yet that is glaringly not the case these days when the criminals who have money walk free and are allowed to continue to rape and pillage our system and it's people without consequences. Many of our laws today are designed to protect the wealthy and the corporations while punishing the victims of those same people. Somehow I don't find this very endearing or American. I am loathe to say that this country is no longer the home of the free by any stretch of the imagination.
The Truth is : I WISH there was PRIVACY.
But the question is do you EXPECT privacy ? ..............
.So now that there is NO Privacy.................LET US HOPE the INFO will not be ABUSED or misused to do harm and settle scores for political reasons.
