If Congress couldn't find the courage to act after Newtown, they never will, as long as they are living in fear of the NRA.
The only way to neuter the NRA is to amend the U.S. Constitution so that it clearly, and unquivocally, states that: 1) rights recognized under the Constitution belong to human beings, only (not to artificial legal entities such as Corporations, or, their lobbying organizations); and, 2) money is not speech.
