Not at all surprised by this decision but this could be the best thing to happen for those of us in favor of "Medicare For All".

Obamacare was nothing more than a windfall for the private insurance industry. This ruling clearly shows that the private sector, with the full support of our Supreme Court, can not protect womens' rights.

Perhaps everyone can now begin to understand that only the Federal Government can fairly distribute health care to All Our Citizens, unless, of course, the Supreme Court continues to ignore the separation of church and state in our constitution!

All American Women need to be outraged by this decision and should again focus on "Medicare For All"!

Not at all surprised. We need to be up in arms about this decision. And the mere fact that this company invests in companies that provide contraception devices and pills is dispicable. What a bunch of hypocrits

I think it's all over but the shouting. Our votes don't matter. The constitution doesn't matter. Next Social Security will be declared unconstitutional. It's time for a general strike. Stop working and stop shoping.

I agree with you. Progressives have never really been pleased with the ACA and have always wanted a Single payer/Medicare for All type health care system. Right now our Seniors and Veterans (of any political party) are covered by this type of single payer system. Most recipients are quite happy with these type health care programs. Private businesses and corporations should not be required to provide health care for their employees - and DEFINITELY should not be involved with their employees health care decisions.

From the very first day I laid eyes on Roberts, I knew he was not to be trusted. No matter how painful those 8 years under birdbrain/coke head/alchie "w" and "the tick", like Reagan, his anti-legacy seems destined to haunt us for years.

I certainly hope that Thom is right that an American political revolution is looming and ready to take hold in a couple of years. This has to be the end of the rethug party, a bunch of liars, hypocrites, infidels, anti - American criminals. I feel absolutely nothing but deep disdain for anyone identifying with rethugs.
