While the rest of America believes that Gibbs' wishy-washy, pasty-white backside should never work again . . .

CRUDE & RUDE:
Boner the Orangeman had another series of drunken crying jag while waving his super-sized gavel about . . . after Nancy gave it to him.
Issa, Cantor & Christie examined . . . RUDELY . . . The Rude Pundit: http://rudepundit.blogspot.com/
Issa complaining that no one understands 'corruption' as well as him AND no one hands him a mirror or suggests that writing letters to corporate enterprises offering to whore for cash might be actual corruption or stealing cars and then selling car alarms might be hinky or pointing out that the Grant and Reagan and the GW Bush Administrations were Way more corrupt than the pro-corporatist shill currently residing in the White House . . .
I've been thinking about the Citizens United result of Corporations, and the acknowledgment that they are people who have free speech rights. Fighting against it may be desirable, but what if the progressive took this crisis as an opportunity? What if we demand that they actually be treated like real people? If they're people they have a face, which I would say is their logo, and since they are in the public domain, then all satirist have the right to use their logos and images, no longer can the hide behind copyright infringement (wouldn't Disney love it the Mickey Mouse image started showing up in questionable comic strips). If money is their form of speech then all the members of the corporation make up the brain, therefore before they speak, the whole of their brain must agree on what it is going to say, 100% vote, or you can't say it. If they are persons, they can no longer have stockholders, for that makes them slaves to the stockholders. Think about it, instead of fighting the corporate wish to be persons, we should hold them to it all the way. I'm sure people here on this site are clever enough to find many more issues about being a real person that would be an albatross around the neck of corporations.

Careful rladlof, in comment #5 you're practically defending Obama... what is the Republican't house takeover doing to your sanity?

Caller Michael (of 'liberal media' fame) speaks with what I perceive as an especially heavy 'conservative accent.' Is it just my imagination that there is such a thing, or is it just a stereotype?
If Darryl Issa was a Democrat, there would be far more than just the crazy woman in red from that McCain rally in 2008, saying that they don't trust Issa because he's an Arab.
Teabaggers too much credit,
Thom, you're too charitable about the teabaggers and you give them too much credit. Most of them are LIVers (Low Information Voters.)
Representative Issa revisited:

MAXROT: This week, I’m at peace with President Obama being a better Republican than Presidents Reagan and Clinton . . . That may change next week, but this week . . .
I'd like to get an ISP other than Comcast. I know Thom recommends one and would like the know which one it is.
Thanks

It's Not Fear that drove the Bush Administration into two wars! Stop saying that it was! Bush went to war because he was a Puppet to the Defense Industry. Dick Cheaney was his puppet master. We are in wars for several reasons. But Fear isn't one of them. It’s Greed, Arrogance, Corruption, etc.. We are told to be afraid, but that's just a distraction, while we are pushed into Neo-Feudalism. They invaded Iraq and Afghanistan for Natural Resources and to keep to Defense Contractors in business, not because they are afraid. They are greedy, self-centered, opportunists and they turned 911 into two wars for their own monetary benefit.

American Reichers
We are a nation of American Reichers. These are members of the American Fourth Reich, the most evil, vile, and wicked nation on the face of our planet. The Fourth Reich has Satan’s disciples leading our demise.
We are horrified to read of Hitler’s killing of eleven million people and Stalin’s killing of twenty-nine million human beings. But, in our country the American Reichers’ plan is to eliminate six point three billion human beings. But, our Reichwing rags never mention our dastardly plans for the killing and enslavement of human beings.
The American government has lunatics running our asylums. These lunatics are embedded with the American rich who control the Reichers Party. We have the fascist-Nazi American minions, aka Satan’s disciples, doing the dirty work. Nothing will ever change in a country that is swimming in a pool of mortal sin.

The fourth branch of the American government that is closely aligned with the American Fourth Reich is our Reichwing rags!
Frank Luntz is a brilliant American Reicher.

America is a nation that defends tyranny.

I think "The Crying Shame" is a good nickname for John Boehner.

GOP demands their Government-PAID healthcare while attempting to allow health insurers to toss you off their rolls for no reason. Thank you low-information voters . . .
