Correction: Pres. Obama mentioned in his speech before the joint session that his proposals had been endorsed by "both Republicans and Democrats in the past." So he has used the word "Republican" in speeches before today.

Allow me to borrow Speaker Boehner's own rhetorical tactic: I shouldn't call the Republican's a bunch of callous idiots, but ... the Republicans are a bunch of callous idiots.

It's ridiculous that a person in a public place can be arrested for recording with electronics what they are obviously allowed to record with their brain, The person is allowed to be there, and to look and listen.
