Anthony Watts @climatewatch has released an article quoting a paper "that de-bunks the ocean acidification scare". I exposed Watts in several tweets, to whit: He is affiliated with The Heartland Institute which is connected to the Koch brothers and ALEC. I documented that he's a paid speaker for the Heartland Insttute. Please see my tweets about this @dutchjim1

What Thom listed as evidence that Millennials have seen of how bad Republican policies are:

401k's tanking, attempts to privatize Soc. Sec.
Enron and commodity deregulation
Bank deregulation
GMO deregulation
Explosion of autism, early-onset puberty, other endocrine disruptors
Low minimum wage

I found, probably through John Fugelsang, a great Bible passage to put on a bumper sticker. Matthew 15:8-9 relates exactly to those that call themselves Christians, yet follow none of his teachings, instead focusing on homosexuality and abortion, for example.

"This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

From Cracking the Code:
"In Cracking the Code, Thom Hartmann, America’s most popular, informed, and articulate progressive talk show host and political analyst, tells us what makes humans vulnerable to unscrupulous propagandists and what we can do about it. It is essential reading for all Americans who are fed up with right-wing extremists manipulating our minds and politics to promote agendas contrary to our core values and interests."
David C. Korten, author of The Great Turning: From Empire to Earth Community and When Corporations Rule the World and board chair of YES! magazine
From Screwed:
"Hartmann speaks with the straight talking clarity and brilliance of a modern day Tom Paine as he exposes the intentional and systematic destruction of America’s middle class by an alliance of political con artists and outlines a program to restore it. This is Hartmann at his best. Essential reading for those interested in restoring the institution that made America the envy of the world."
David C. Korten, author of The Great Turning and When Corporations Rule the World
From Screwed:
"The powers that be are running roughshod over the powers that OUGHT to be. Hartmann tells us what went wrong — and what you and I can do to help set American right again."
