I think Hillary mentioned being a Methodist in her campaign kick-off speech.
No need for a conspiracy theory. All you have to do is realize that Trump has been going after Bush because Bush was the only one ahead of him in the polls.
I don't yet know how charismatic Scott Walker's speaking style is, but Hillary Clinton's sounds like a documentary voiceover. She needs to speak more fluidly and quickly. I have a hard time following what someone is saying when they talk too slowly.
Scott Walker is clearly running as Ronald Reagan reincarnated. Just as Raegan ran on a 'nostalgia' meme of taking America back when America was great before the 1960's when the Hippies ruined it.
Walker is running a 'nostalgia' meme to take America back to Ronald Reagan's 1980's.
While this will certainly resonate with many conservative voters there is a risk.
Ronald Reagan was able to 'sell' his policies to the public as they had never been tried before in recent memory IE: Union Busting, Trickle Down Economics, The Laffer Curve, etc. They had a 'Truthiness' sound to them and had no Track Record or empirical evidence that these would work to better the American middle class.
Scott Walker is trying to mimac these very same policies of Reagan's only now history has the Track Record, the empirical evidence that they in fact Do Not work and rather destroy the middle class.
This is a key to counter Scott Walker. Make him defend the Raegan policies he wants to go back to and cite the examples where they actually worked and bettered the middle class.
Scott Walker also has a less then impressive track record applying the same policies in Wisconson that people need to know about.

Neil, and others, like to point to the reduction of poverty in China as a great example of capatalism, however, great reduction in poverty has occurred in many places in the world that cannot be attributed to unbridled capitalism. The United States during that evil socialistic rule of FDR comes to mind. The Third Reich might be another. Reconstruction after WWII with help from the Marshall plan might be another.
