Brilliant, Ma'at. (Love the name too, BTW.) Let's compare the phrasing of the 2nd Amendment directly: "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Other than an improper comma and the us of "infringe" instead of "abridge" and "deny", it's the same. So if the 2nd establishes a right, the 15th, 19th, 24th and 26th must establish a right as well.

Thom often says we do not have a right to vote. That is wrong! Please comment on this.
We have just as much right to vote as to own guns.
If I must register to vote then registering guns only makes sense based on equal protection. In the same respect if gun registration is anti constitutional, as the right wing claims, then what about all of the laws being placed to DENY OR ABRIDGE our rights to vote.
