Donald Trump is Threatening the Wrong "Enemies of Humanity" with Annihilation

Donald Trump did his best George W. Bush impression yesterday - threatening countries he called "the enemies of humanity" with annihilation.

When will he show that kind of outrage about the fossil fuel companies that are literally bringing on the apocalypse?

If Donald Trump is so dead set on fighting the "enemies of humanity" -- why has he filled his administration with people who are literally - and I mean literally - sending us on the road to apocalypse?

After calling for the "annihilation" of North Korea and threatening Iran with more or less the same - Donald Trump closed his first speech to the United Nations by calling on the world to make common cause against the "enemies of humanity".

"History is asking us whether we are up to the task. Our answer will be a renewal of will, a rediscovery of resolve, and a rebirth of devotion. We need to defeat the enemies of humanity and unlock the potential of life itself."

We are in the midst of a record-breaking and deadly Hurricane season, and according to a new study from the Scripps Institute of Oceanography, there is a 1 in 20 chance of climate change wiping out humanity - as in the human race - by the end of the century

If Donald Trump wants to fight the enemies of humanity, shouldn't he take on the fossil fuel industry?

I am sure trump scared everone in that room with his reckless murderous ranting! But I doubt he will ever stop thinking Global Warming/Climate Change is nothing but some hoax created by China to destroy the US. So I highly doubt he would ever go after big oil.

If someone would have predicted last year that come next September some old fat disgusting sexual pervert, malignant narcissus, and pathological liar with clown hair and a low IQ would represent himself as the leader of the "free" world at the podium of the UN, while advocating nuclear annihilation and the furtherance of catastrophic climate destruction ...well, I would have believed it!

After all, this is Ameerakkka, suffering at least 63 million fools that we know of for sure, who evidently can't stand the American principles laid out by our progressive Founders, and who love to hate democracy, the republic, the rule of law, and anyone who doesn't look like them. "Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran (or North Korea, whatever). Drill, baby, baby drill! Corporations are people. Money is speech."

Donald Trump closed his first speech to the United Nations by calling on the world to make common cause against the "enemies of humanity" He was in fact demanding the entire world attack the republican controlled America. He needs to stop looking thur the republican rear view mirror and become a real human being!

Even Trump knows he can't bomb North Korea, but pulling out of the Iran deal will give him the excuse and distraction he'll soon need to bomb them. Israel's leadership was sure happy with his UN speech...what a shock.

We won't be able to wage war on the Carbon Barons until we have legitimate elections. I see the CIA has finally come out in the open with their evidence that Putin ordered his intel agencies to install Trump. They've know all along what the extent of the treason/collusion was, but being pragmatic about which party supports endless war and out of control spending on their military industrial spy complex, they let it slide.

The election is invalid! Can you imagine what the Kochpublicans and Foxaganda would be doing right now if the shoe was on the other foot.... Putin installed Clinton???? Christ all mighty, look at the mileage they got out of the Benghazi and email propaganda? Trump gets installed and boom, not a peep anymore. How many years did we hear about that crap?

Trump is not a legit Pres., nor is his Supreme court pick. When the truth is finally revealed we'll need an emergency election.

Maybe the question is, how can we stop oil corporations from forcing the US middle class to consume excessive amounts of fossil fuels?

Pretty good! You got the anti-Russian and anti-Israel rhetoric all in one comment.

In a sense, they did. People were pointing out from the start that if Clinton were selected, a Republican would be elected.

Any country that can afford single-payer can afford to enact military adventures without our tax money involved. How about we fund single-payer instead of bombing poor people and their children? Your extreme anti-Clinton sentiment makes me wonder about you???

Off topic:

It's interesting that the Repubs will have an oculogyric crisis over an abortion but not blink at a denial of life-saving healthcare for the same child. So much for pro-life posturing.

This is aimed at you Thom!!

...If you get rid of Donald Trump. You end up with Mike Pence.

If you EVER did any research on him you would shudder and regret your decision.

I thought you were very smart Thom. What happened??

In a time of deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
― George Orwell

“In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousand fold in the future. When we neither punish nor reproach evildoers, we are not simply protecting their trivial old age, we are thereby ripping the foundations of justice from beneath new generations.
― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Truth never damages a cause that is just.

All you have to do is write one true sentence. Write the truest sentence that you know.

Why should Trump bother taking on the fossil fuel industry when We, the People, refuse to take on the fossil fuel industry? It's been going on for decades. Remember when Standard Oil created that fake gas shortage that had everyone lined up at the gas pumps for days using alternating license plate numbers? Where was the outrage with this company that later smirked that they made "obscene profits" from that little exercise? Never mind Trump. When is this country going to get off its backside and put an end to all of this profiteering at our expense? When is this country going to demand a free press and unpersecuted Fourth Estate so we know the truth about what is going on? How much proof does this country need that it is in the hands of predatious monsters out to murder off 6.5 billion people while confiscating every square inch of land for themselves? How much proof do we need that the banksters in cahoots with government have been systematically ripping us off since the turn of the last century? Until We, the People, get the lead out, we deserve what we get and it's only going to get worse... and that's a guarantee. ***

From Cracking the Code:
"Thom Hartmann ought to be bronzed. His new book sets off from the same high plane as the last and offers explicit tools and how-to advice that will allow you to see, hear, and feel propaganda when it's directed at you and use the same techniques to refute it. His book would make a deaf-mute a better communicator. I want him on my reading table every day, and if you try one of his books, so will you."
Peter Coyote, actor and author of Sleeping Where I Fall
From Screwed:
"Thom Hartmann’s book explains in simple language and with concrete research the details of the Neo-con’s war against the American middle class. It proves what many have intuited and serves to remind us that without a healthy, employed, and vital middle class, America is no more than the richest Third World country on the planet."
