“First, we need to move from being an opposition party to a proposition party,” Ryan said. “The challenges we face today are too difficult and demanding for us to turn our backs and walk away.”

What about a supposition party? I think the GOP should take two suppositories and speak to the public in the morning.

btw, Ryan's last budget proposal had more spending for the pentagon than they needed, or asked for, aka waste. Grossly Overbudget Profligacy is their legacy.
