This Bin Laden is dead may have been created to bring the boys home patriotically.
My Understanding was that Bin Laden died about two years ago! So what is this all about ~another Soaps Operra ?And 10% of me thinks he could still be alive. Just how many lives does Bin Laden have anyway . Could it be 9 lives?
I didnt like the choices on todays poll.. Obama is almost a republican, so the question presumes Obama would want to bring troops home.. They are still sitting on our oil (per REP way of thinking), so why would obama want to bring em home (unless this is a big mover for his re election)?
I'm disappointed in the question. It implies that simply trying to kill one man somehow justifies all the loss of life and money spent on wars since 911. The idea that killing a leader so remotely connected to those we are fighting would end the problems caused by U.S. imperialism is tragic coming from such a progressive pioneer and bright thinker as Thom Hartmann. Yet his entire show yesterday revealed his effort to rationalize this preposterous drama, a continuation of the official 9/11 story that no one with his intelligence and savvy should buy into, but he continues to support.
