Didn't Boehner say he got 98% of what he wanted? Well, Merry freaking Christmas, Boehner.

Of course the GOP and Tea Party got what they wanted. Since Obama's election their primary objective has been to discredit Obama and undertake any task that would directly or indirectly cause Obama to lose the next election. This demonstrates unequivocally that the GOP are willing to tank the US economy to get Obama out of office.

So many tps have stated publicly their top priority is taking Obama and his administration down. It would be difficult to believe otherwise since they continue to point directly at Obama for this turn of events.

YES Tea Bagger run GOP got all they wanted but they did it under great duress - threat of US default, using dirty political tricks as usual. GOP Tea Baggers are more determined than ever to make Obama lose/ fail at any cots. That means US fails too along with the economy., education- our kids future, lower & lower wages- more corp tax cuts & loopholes. More con judges to screw us even more than they have Bet on this : GOP will lose seats Walker will be recalled Voters must use forethought & logic this time around . Vote devious plotting GOP Tea Baggers out asap. or we have another GOP meltdown

Question is Will folks fall for the same old dirty schemes of GOP Tea Baggers and blame Obama for this amd Not the GOP Baggers who pushed this bill under duress, threat of default. I call that blackmail. Same as when Tea Baggers GOP used the unemployment extension to push the Bush tax cuts . Fact is : We must End all wars End corp loopholes-subides. End SS tax cap Charge wealthy seniors a bit more for their benefits That will save US trillions

The Tea Party is a collection of puppets jerking to the hand twists & finger flipping of this countries' richest, most evil, power-grabbing wealthiest families in the land. Once again they manage to hide behind their puppets. Look for - & expose - the puppetiers, Thom.

Anyone who opposed America's wars of aggression wouldn't want America to have any credit. They'd want America to not be able to keep borrowing money to invade and occupy other nations. It's no surprise that Democrat voters are angry that it will cost more to borrow money to fund the wars that they keep voting for. www.chenangogreens.org

Only one thread runs through every Tea Party mind. Obama hate. They were not entirely sure what they were for or against until Koch listed his agenda. Now it is the Tenets. Abstract concepts which sound nice but they have no idea what they mean.

It's unfortunate that the TPers want the country to fail because of thinly disguised racism.

Do most people see what is happending to them? The media makes them feel as if President Obama and Dems are ruining the country. Do most people vote against their own interests? Does that make sense? I hope they get their dur by a loss at the next election and Presidential election. Can you see what will happen if President Obama is elected again. What can they possibly do that will bring down our country. Do voters know what "Bring back our country" means, really means. Racism.

From Screwed:
"If we are going to live in a Democracy, we need to have a healthy middle class. Thom Hartmann shows us how the ‘cons’ have wronged this country, and tells us what needs to be done to reclaim what it is to be American."
Eric Utne, Founder, Utne magazine
From Cracking the Code:
"Thom Hartmann ought to be bronzed. His new book sets off from the same high plane as the last and offers explicit tools and how-to advice that will allow you to see, hear, and feel propaganda when it's directed at you and use the same techniques to refute it. His book would make a deaf-mute a better communicator. I want him on my reading table every day, and if you try one of his books, so will you."
Peter Coyote, actor and author of Sleeping Where I Fall
From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Thom Hartmann is a creative thinker and committed small-d democrat. He has dealt with a wide range of topics throughout his life, and this book provides an excellent cross section. The Thom Hartmann Reader will make people both angry and motivated to act."
