He will be arrested eventually... the public out cry is too great. Will he be convicted? with the botched police investigation I dont know. We are talking about a place where racism is a problem.
I think he will be arrested and charged with manslaughter. He has some kind of "in" with the officials in charge of the case, and Joe, who is speaking for his character on the TV.
In my opinion he (Zimmerman) must be charged (with at least man slaughter) and brought to trial to face a jury of his peers; letting them decided based on testimony and evidence if he is guilty or not.
I do empathize with Martin's family and understand the concern of the community for justice to be served (peace be made) . A 17 year old boy is dead...Even when sworn officers or licensed security guards use their firearm an investigation is held to be sure every measure was taken before firering their gun. Zimmerman was neither a sworn police officer nor a qualified security guard. He was a self appointed neighborhood watchmen; his ONLY job was to observe and report...Not pursue and engage.
The "Stand Your Ground Law" must be reformed - if not repealed - giving it more stricked and well defined guidelines as to what determines an "attack" as well as when a person can use lethal force to protect themselves. Currently the law is too broad and vague.
Seeing how Floriduh authorities refuse to arrest Zimmerman for the obvious, stalking and murder, at least search his home for items related to the recent break-ins, he'd be my first suspect!
Let me shed LIGHT on a DARK situation, as Seen through the eyes of the Afflicted. ("A Black Man" yet Children of the Almighty unaware Eze 37) Jesus said...read M't:25:40. Key word LEAST. Hands down, Black Men have been in America Longer than EVERY other Ethnic group short of the Native Americans. MILLIONS were Slaughtered in the Middle passage (Read Deut 28:68), and Millions more during Slavery even up to Travon Martin, and their perpetrators NEVER held accountable. (Read Zec:11:5) Now, Even in Travon Martins Death "The Powers that Be" (Read Ephes 6:12) have Waged War to Demonize him by druming up familiar negative portrayals of Black men.

A black person killed by a non-back person in America...hmmm...I SERIOUSLY doubt he'll spend a night in a HOLDING CELL, let alone get convicted for murder or manslaughter...ESPECIALLY seeing how the cops screwed up all the evidence...It's O.J. all over again but without the big name lawyers and international live TV coverage ....
There was a time in America that one was innocent until proven guilty. But the media is the new court system, and now the proof is in the spin. I don't think what happened was right, however, if the constitution is going to be followed by the will of conveince, as our leaders do, then why use it at all? America is heading toward a militant state, as our law enforcement has become. The moto is not to protect and serve, but shoot first and cover it up later.
Why are you using the " Valley of Dry Bones" as a reference to Black Man?" This is what happenes when using revised editions of the scripture. If you stay with original material you get a more accurate picture.The valley of dry bones has notheing to do with black/ white/ pink or any color, but explaines in verse 12 "Behold, O my people....."

You bring "...The head of the corner" into a killing of humans, John 3:20 Talking about "The Lght... which of course is God Almighty Himself. Don' t drag God onto our level. He has come to give us salvation. We have been killing each other since Adam ,for a new pair of shoes or another inch of dirt.
More and more information is coming out that shows that the initial police report was a fabrication. The video obtained by ABC News and aired by other news outlets shows that Zimmerman has not a mark on him or his clothing.
