Elizabeth Warren for PRESIDENT! We need to fix what has gone HORRIBLY wrong and SO FAR to the right (including POTUS and SCOTUS.)

Evidently no one else will PUNISH Wall Street and CLAW BACK 100% of what they intentionally STOLE. TEN$ of TRILLION$, & probably HUNDRED$ of TRILLION$ over the last 50 years! This is almost impossible to fix - but just as CRUCIAL to America's survival (except for that of a few hundred ARCH-CRIMINALS like generations of the KOCH Family & ALL Hedge Fund & Ratings Co. CEO's!) that we DO IT.

A 95%TMR would only be a START. IKE realized you can NEVER plug thousands of loopholes, fought individually by corporations with unlimited funds, legal and lobbying resources defending their MURDEROUS GREED. They must simply be DISBANDED, JAILED, and ALL ASSETS SEIZED.

JUST FIX IT. 95% TMR, DOUBLE Cap Gains, Repeal Gramm/Leach/Bliley, BREAK UP all huge TBTF Banks & corporations, CLAW BACK 100% of recession "losses," & REVOKE all corporate charters of offshorers of jobs and tax money - RETROACTIVELY.

NO MORE "cost of doing business" FINES for regulatory offenses either. Mining and drilling companies, as well as FActory farms, have killed, sickened, impoverished, and cut short the lives of HUNDREDS of MILLIONS. ENOUGH!

JAIL THEM and CONFISCATE ALL ASSETS. And ABOLISH all subsidies, as well as commodities and derivatives "markets."

Government DOES NOT EXIST TO HELP BUSINESS FLEECE and OPPRESS THE PEOPLE! It should therefore NOT take ANY input from business, or act in ANY WAY positively on their behalf. RESTORE REGULATION and toughen it beyond anything ever seen! Most of our "Financial Industry" is inherently CRIMINAL, and should be ABOLISHED.

From ground zero, just north of Boston, I can testify that the election really hasen't started yet. Rove did run some ads a while ago, but not lately. Brown and Warren have signed an agreement to discourage the ads, but no one expects Rove to abide by the agreement. In fact, the agreement has been broken once and Brown was required to make a donation to a charity of Waren's choice. I am not worried now, but if the numbers hold once the campaign gets into gear, then I might be concerned. Brown is certainly not the darling of the Tea Party any more, but in Mass they might figure he is as close to their philosophy as they will get. Republicans are only 11% of the registered voters. (The rest of the country should have it so good!)

In summary, I would contend it is too soon to panic, but never take any election for granted.

One can only hope Mass voters use logic & reason Not buy into Rove - GOP smears, lies and self serving Bull. ANy party that is to o gutless to stand up to sexist woman hating vile man like Rush does not deserve to get any votes ! But millions of loyal followers of Fox & GOP Baggers will do anything to crush Obama as they made clear 3 yrs ago. Best Luck Obama . It will take 8 or more yrs to ' undo ' damage of 30 years of Reaganomics total amnesty - guns sold to Iran - trickle down - Bush GOP wealth favoring policies, deregulation, unfunded corp - billionaire tax cuts- lies about long Iraq war - wasting lives and trillions , con biased judges.. deregulation allowed Wall St Greed tot ake over our economy-with help from Goldman Fed boys .Wall St predatory practices pushed US to edge of a deep 1930's depression. If the so called Christian Evangelicals can look past their hate of Obama . They might see the good Obama has done. .

Let's all hope and pray that people educate themselves when they vote in the 2012 elections!!!! The Republcans give lip service to being concerned about the middle class of people. Their marbles are in the one basket where the rich folks and large corporations lay their eggs!!!!

Hello All

Thom's blog in this space and moving to a new home.

Please follow us across to hartmannreport.com - this will be the only place going forward to read Thom's blog posts and articles.

From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Thom Hartmann seeks out interesting subjects from such disparate outposts of curiosity that you have to wonder whether or not he uncovered them or they selected him."
Leonardo DiCaprio, actor, producer, and environmental activist
From Screwed:
"I think many of us recognize that for all but the wealthiest, life in America is getting increasingly hard. Screwed explores why, showing how this is no accidental process, but rather the product of conscious political choices, choices we can change with enough courage and commitment. Like all of Thom’s great work, it helps show us the way forward."
Paul Loeb, author of Soul of a Citizen and The Impossible Will Take a Little While
From Screwed:
"Thom Hartmann’s book explains in simple language and with concrete research the details of the Neo-con’s war against the American middle class. It proves what many have intuited and serves to remind us that without a healthy, employed, and vital middle class, America is no more than the richest Third World country on the planet."
Peter Coyote, Actor and author of Sleeping Where I Fall
