Rush said this on air : 'She wants taxpayers to pay for her sex - she has so much sex she can not walk - Rush wanted her to put a porno on the web ! SOme men have defended that trash. Real men do not talk like that or treat women like a piece of trash . Misogyny is alive and well Even on our public airwaves . How low can we sink as a society that this is called ' entertainment' & funny ? Howard Stern show. TV shows about ' who's the baby daddy 'are wildly popular. SAD .

I wish but probably not. Wasn't it Rush who was stopped at the airport for transporting unusual amounts of viagra without a prescription? If men could get pregnant, this whole birth control debate would look a whole lot different. Really though, this is not about birth control at all. It is all about taking women's civil rights back to what they were at the beginning of the last century; back before Margaret Sanger fought for poor women's rights to access birth control. Margaret was overwhelmed watching poor women die during child birth as a result of multiple births, while knowing that wealthy families could access birth control through the mail from Europe. The Post Master General put Margaret in jail for charges of pornography for merely sending information about birth control through the mail to women who could not legally get birth control information from their doctors. It is not news that Rush hates poor and outspoken women. Anyone that listens to him for any amount of time soon sees that. That is not the issue here. Corporations that advertize with his show are in collusion of attempting to steal away the civil rights of poor and under-payed women. Last month it was that, employers should not have to pay for birth control for their employees if the employer has religious reason against doing so. This month they shouldn't have to pay for anything for their employees that they have a religious or moral belief against. Now according to Rush women who use birth control are sluts and prostitutes. He is talking about all women including the women who work for the companies that finance his program, the women that buy products from those companies. Is this what men and women in this country believe, that women who use birth control are sluts and prostitutes? Rush is in a dialogue with the republican candidates and they are teasing each other further down this road of attempting at destroying womens civil rights.
I WISH THAT RUSH WOULD CRAWL INTO A HOLE NEVER TO RETURN! He has crossed the line that should have NEVER been crossed! Maybe he is broken and he can't get up! That is the only reason I can figure for his rantings. I don't want to waste anymore of my time on that scum.
I agree with Snowtoadman and I'm glad he mentioned Margaret Sanger. I remember the days of the Coathanger self abortion. When women said "If you don't have a uterus, you have no say", that shut them up for a while. Then men pushed a so-called Father's cause and exercised their power over Woman. Now they call a small growth a sacred life. So it comes back to men's power. Children are a woman's body's product and a man's weapon. Sorry I am not as sentimental as others about something started in the back seat of a car and ruins several lives.
