They’ve passed a bill to both terminate fish restoration in California’s Central Valley and compel Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland to deem it complete when it isn’t. Yes, it’s for the rea$on$ you think it is & with zero regard for the environment.

Opening arguments began this week in Colorado in the case to compel the CO A.G. to remove Trump from the ballot in both 2024’s Primary & General Elections. Based on the 14th Amendment, it’s one of at least two such state cases, along with Minnesota, that could eventually reach the Supreme Court.

media ignores it, did it really happen? The recent lashing of Acapulco
at the hands of Cat 5 Hurricane Otis barely made a blip in the American
news media landscape. This, despite the world clearly being in the midst of a climate crisis and despite costs estimated to top $10 billion. The question is…WHY?

Many of America’s oligarchs believe they’re arguing for policies that will produce a “better” America. Or, at least, their definition of it …an America that works for oligarchs, their families and their businesses. Oligarchy is neither a stable political or economic system. It’s a bump in the road from democracy to fascism or some other form of authoritarianism and it tears nations apart. Do we really want this for America?

There’s literally no other defendant in America who could get away with threatening judges, the judges’ staff, the jurors, and witnesses without going to jail. So…what gives? Why is everyone still handling Donald Trump with kid gloves? Might it be the same reason the GOP didn’t impeach him when they had the chance?
