There will always be winners and losers of the economy of Capatalism, yet I beg to point out that the majority of winners started off as losers and only became winners because they had the chances they needed to try again and again. Coming to that conclusion I would say that every loser of the economy should have a safety net of some kind so they can get back up on their feet and see just what they did wrong.
