The most critical issue facing America today

I'm getting frustrated with all progressive shows lately. We of course have many bad things to address, but the #1 issue that needs to be addressed in America today is campaign finance reform. But it seems every single progressive avoids the topic, or blows it off saying it can never happen. As longs as the most money buys the candidate, we will never get the truly selfless individuals who want to work for the people.

I love Free Speech T.V.

I have been watching Amy Goodman and Thom Hartman for over a year now. After watching a show on Amy Goodman last fall about Radioactive Depleted Uranium I was upset about this a while then wrote my song called 4.5 Billion Years. My brother helped my make a music video for it which I posted on youtube this February. Because I can't post my youtube video on any sites, it always says my URL is wrong, I am posting the link below.

Public employee benefits

I appreciate your comments regarding State employee benefits. Instead of bringing everyone but the CEO's down-bring other's up. There needs to be a reality check regarding pay and beneifts. I am a social worker and topped out on the pay scale after 5 years. We rarely get a COLA raise and when the budget is in trouble the minimal COLA raise goes away. I have 4 children and I can assure you every dollar of my $50,000 a year salary goes right back into my local economy. The politicians and media outlets that are discussing this issue must not be rais
Funemployment for CEOs

Do you get so much when you're laid off that you don't feel like looking for a new job? Suppose you got $31.4 million in your severance package, like former CEO Anne Mulcahy of Xerox?
