Does No One Care That 7 Million Votes Were Not Counted?

Speaking in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee yesterday, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said he was highly confident that Russia had interfered in the presidential election.
With testimony like that from the country's highest ranking intelligence officer, and a declassified report on alleged Russian interference expected out next week, Democrats now have plenty of new fodder for their endless quest to delegitimize Donald Trump by tying him to Russia.
Which is too bad, because it means they're going to continue to ignore the real scandal of the 2016 presidential election: Interstate Crosscheck, a program started by Trump advisor Kris Kobach, a fellow you may remember from the "your papers please" "walking while brown" law in Arizona, or the Muslim registry that he designed for George W. Bush in the hysteria right after 9/11.
And he's also the Secretary of State for Kansas, the epicenter of the Koch network.
According to investigative reporter Greg Palast, Crosscheck is a glorified national voter purge disguised as a tool to prevent people from double voting. Crosscheck kicked millions of people - overwhelmingly people of color, according to Palast - off the voting rolls before election day.
In many key states, the number of people purged by Crosscheck was much, much larger than Trump's margin of victory.
In Michigan, for example, the number of people purged from the voting rolls -- 449,000 -- was about 40 times larger than Trump's margin of victory -- around 10,700 votes.
In other words, Crosscheck probably won Michigan for Trump.
It also probably won him Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
This is a HUGE story -- the presidential election was probably stolen!
But for some inexplicable reason, Democrats aren't talking about it. There's no push for an investigation, no calls for hearings, no nothing.
Why is that?

Thom, you didn't give a rat's ass about the votes being counted correctly in the primary - the AP called California before the counting was even done. So the bitch lost? Too bad. She didn't even earn her place on the ticket. I'm glad Trump won and I hope he makes Obama look as bad as we all know he was. He's turning treasonous as he leaves the White House - what a spoiled brat! Good riddance. How many wars do you have to start and maintain to get that Nobel Peace Prize? I'm so glad I left the Democrat party - it's a party of rats and liars.

Haha ... Yeah, you're right. After the last few rounds, I feel a little guilty pounding on him so hard. I like Kend, even though he mostly keeps listing the same old, canned, right-wing talking points over and over, albeit with a few new twists now and then that gives one pause. At least, he seems to be genuinely sincere in his belief system -- a real person, unlike some of the other smarmy troglodytes who only know how to gloat, grovel, and fawn all over their newfound big daddy figure.
Small pleasures for small minds, I guess. On their mucky little spit of land in the swamp, it's great fun to screech and hoot and fling crap at anyone passing by, like monkeys in a zoo -- not to insult monkeys. :-))
Now take Crabby Abbey (Cool moniker!) ... She seems pretty genuine too. You can almost taste the bile and hate rising up from the bowels. No mincing words there! Real, raw emotion coming through loud and clear! Yeah, baby!
Like the evil emperor in Star Wars to Luke Skywalker: "Yeees, I can feeel your anger! ... Let it out ... consume your being ... embrace the Dark Side ...!"

What are the possibilities that someone can sue those responsible for cross-checking?
Who would be in a position to sue? The US attorney General, the DNC, a private
citizen, Democratic losers in indiviual states ?? Who? and why doesn't someone?

Carol & deepspace, Yes, will someone please give us some specifics on whether or not these votes were actually removed? How do we know the "Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck" wasn't just a research project that was never implemented? What action can a group take to reveal specific actions of these Secretary's of State and other active players? What action can be taken to prove Democrat votes were blocked by decisive thousands? This is serious enough that if we had the facts the press would have to run with it. It could demand another election...as costly and improbable as that is, it IS very possible. Typical of the Democrats to moan, write articles, film documentaries, point fingers and blame, yet NOT develop constructive alternative plans.

Yes! What are these answers? Thom would you please say more about what you know? Can someone get Greg Palast to state facts beyond the lists and identify the most constructive path of action? What facts are there to demonstrate these votes were blocked? Could it be the lists were a research project that was never implemented? Will someone help or influence Palast to make this information more constructively relatable so the facts outway his drama and self-promotion?

WISCONSIN - Voter suppression is awful, and Crosscheck is intolerable. But facts need to be kept straight. Wisconsin does not participate in Crosscheck, and had not done any state-initiated purges of voter registration lists for two years before the 2016 election.
Same-day voter registration protects us against suppression-by-purging because if people find they are not registered when they get to the polls, they can register on the spot and cast a regular (not provisional) ballot. Your state, too, should have same-day registration at the polls. Research backs it up as the ONLY administrative measure that increases turnout (much more effective than mail-in or early voting, for example.)
Wisconsin's problems are 1) Voter ID; 2) certifying the voting machine output as final election results without checking its accuracy--if anyone was hacking our elections, no one would know; and 3) gerrrymandering.
