Apparently, Washington is full of "people" who are adept at covering up all kinds of activities. Witness the outrageous behavior of the FBI and Justice Dept. in the handling of the Trump/Russia investigation. Comey, Baker, Brennan, McCabe, Page, Stroek, et all, should be investigated and probably jailed for their obvious collusion in trying to change the outcome of an election they did not like.
As to Barr, what do you expect Thom? Holder held up the coattails for the nefarious going on's of the Obama administration.
