Louise, most Americans commit sin through pride. NO POLITICIAN WOULD DARE TO LET HIS/HER PRIDE ADMIT OUR WARS ARE IMMORAL AND WRONG AND LET OUR TROOPS COME HOME. PLUS, THESE WARS ARE KEEPING OUR WAR ECONOMY IN BUSINESS AND WE COMPLETE MORE RESEARCH ON OUR ADVANCED WEAPONRY. I like the questions for these polls.

They're too addicted to the money from the military-industrial-Congressional complex.

I chose "no" (we will keep the war going) because obomba appears to be a blue dog (IE: republican lite, who will lean in the direction of whatever our republican enemies want him to do).. Phiolosophically I wonder if we would have been better off with mccain as president (who would do so many crazy harmful things that voters would have to start thinking; while obama placates the left into more inaction and in-fighting among liberals)..

Thom's Blog Is On the Move

Hello All

Thom's blog in this space and moving to a new home.

Please follow us across to hartmannreport.com - this will be the only place going forward to read Thom's blog posts and articles.

From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Thom Hartmann is a creative thinker and committed small-d democrat. He has dealt with a wide range of topics throughout his life, and this book provides an excellent cross section. The Thom Hartmann Reader will make people both angry and motivated to act."
Dean Baker, economist and author of Plunder and Blunder, False Profits, and Taking Economics Seriously
From Screwed:
"If we are going to live in a Democracy, we need to have a healthy middle class. Thom Hartmann shows us how the ‘cons’ have wronged this country, and tells us what needs to be done to reclaim what it is to be American."
Eric Utne, Founder, Utne magazine
From Screwed:
"I think many of us recognize that for all but the wealthiest, life in America is getting increasingly hard. Screwed explores why, showing how this is no accidental process, but rather the product of conscious political choices, choices we can change with enough courage and commitment. Like all of Thom’s great work, it helps show us the way forward."
