Tag You're It!

Hey Folks,

Thom here writing again to ask for your help. Free Speech TV is nearing the end of its year-end campaign and your support could make the difference in whether or not we meet our goal.

Please consider chipping in $60, $120, or $240 to help Free Speech TV reach its critical year-end fundraising goal.

You know, the more I watch network news, the more thankful I am to have my program on Free Speech TV, to be part of a team with folks like Amy Goodman and Bill Press. You won't see anyone on Free Speech TV spinning lies and convincing hardworking Americans to blame their economic hardships on immigrants and Obama's Islamic socialism.

It’s unreal! Half of what you hear on network news coming out of the mouths of Republicans doesn't even make sense.

On Free Speech TV, you'll hear the truth. Our economy has been growing despite a Republican-controlled congress that's held our political system and national budget hostage that continues to fight for the kinds of lax banking regulations that caused the worst financial crisis in our history.

If we're going to point fingers, let's point them in the right direction. Let's hold our leaders accountable. You can help by making sure people are empowered with the information they need by donating to Free Speech TV.

Please give $60, $120, or $240 to help Free Speech TV meet their critical year end goal. Activism begins with you, Democracy begins with you, get out there, get active! Tag, you're it!

With your help, we can fight for what matters.

With thanks,

Thom

Thom,

I just heard you do a commercial for Sodastream. Please be aware that this is a product that is produced on "settler" land ,i.e. land taken from the Palestinians. At a time when so few people in the USA are even aware of the Occupation and Oppression of the Palestinians I urge you to support the BDS movement which includes boycotting Sodastream. Thank You,

Chuck Adelsman

From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"With the ever-growing influence of corporate CEOs and their right-wing allies in all aspects of American life, Hartmann’s work is more relevant than ever. Throughout his career, Hartmann has spoken compellingly about the value of people-centered democracy and the challenges that millions of ordinary Americans face today as a result of a dogma dedicated to putting profit above all else. This collection is a rousing call for Americans to work together and put people first again."
Richard Trumka, President, AFL-CIO
From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Right through the worst of the Bush years and into the present, Thom Hartmann has been one of the very few voices constantly willing to tell the truth. Rank him up there with Jon Stewart, Bill Moyers, and Paul Krugman for having the sheer persistent courage of his convictions."
Bill McKibben, author of Eaarth
From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Through compelling personal stories, Hartmann presents a dramatic and deeply disturbing picture of humans as a profoundly troubled species. Hope lies in his inspiring vision of our enormous unrealized potential and his description of the path to its realization."
David Korten, author of Agenda for a New Economy, The Great Turning, and When Corporations Rule the World
