A black middle school student in Virginia is being charged with larceny for "stealing" a milk carton from his school cafeteria. The school normally charges 65 cents a carton for milk - but because the boy is registered on the school's lunch program - he is allowed to drink it for free. But one day when he went back to the line to get his milk - a Prince William County police officer accused the boy of stealing the carton and handcuffed him after the boy pulled back from officer. But why is a county police officer policing the school lunch line? Is this just a way to speed up the school to prison pipeline?

The Raw Story is reporting that on the anonymous message board 4chan - someone posted a message called "Let's troll Bernie and Hillary supporters systematically." The writer explains that he or she posed as a Democratic voter and trolled supporters of both candidates to deepen democratic divisions. The troll wrote "We need to take advantage of this. This is Trump's gift. If we're serious about a Trump presidency we need to start infiltrating their conversations in order to sow more division. I'm talking systematic and long-term mischief." The user then started brainstorming Twitter hashtags to help troll Democratic voters like hashtag BloodOnHillarysHands and #HillaryKillsPOC. Is this a new norm in our political discourse - to plant trolls who will drag the conversation down and away from issues?
