Cotton reminds me of a high school bully, all talk and no bravery. If he was faced with a combat situation, he would most likely shit his pants and throw himself to the ground begging for mercy. He reminds me of nugent who shit his pants to beat the draft for Vietnam.
Cotton is too damn young to know what went on when Saint Raygun promised arms to Iran if they screwed President Carter. Saint Raygun and his gaggle of draft dodgers committed treason in my opinion. Didn't he or Chimp the First supply additional arms to Iran in their fight with Saddam? Who knows what they sent them. I have heard that they have a powerful navy and an army with heavy weapons like tanks and will most likely defend Iran to the death.
Cotton thinks it would be so easy to go in and bomb the nuclear facilities which are deep underground. Guess again.
If this asshole is so brave, why doesn't he round up the 47 assholes who signed his letter to Iran and make McLoser and his butt buddy Graham generals and invade Iran on their own. I would approve dropping them off on the Iraqi side of the border then give them weapons to invade Iran. They wouldn't last ten minutes.

It would be very interesting and appropiate that every time one of these people are on camera spouting their bought and paid for opinions. There should be a chart showing how much money each one gets from the fast and numerous military suppliers. Just so the people can see who is paying for what is being pushed.
Let's send Tom Cotton to Iran; we'll give him ONE rifle with ONE bullet, ONE hand grenade, and ONE shoulder-mounted rocket launcher. He should have no trouble defeating the Iranians within a few minutes; and if he doesn't succeed, at least there won't be a big mess for the US to clean up.

As a 35 year Teamster, I am against the TPP just like I was against NAFTA. Why is it these trade deals seem to happen under Democractic administrations?

This is thinly desguised mask of the American Chin Dynasty. Careful and not so careful manipulation of what the 1% consider livestock management. We being the livestock and the Elite being the God appointed overseers. As a native Oregonian I can see daily the erosion of careful landuse laws, and developers and realtors are jumping out of their skin to try and turn Oregon into a high density region without regard for anything. Where are the jobs, the water, the resources ? Oregon is only good for so much. This is the bubble and how it's created and it's no accident. After the bubble and the upside down mortgages, what then? Austerity follows and I personally believe this time they are after retirement pention funds. A lot of money just sittin around waiting to be sacked by someone. So the plan as I see it is austerty for all, nothing but minimum wage part time employment for a few, sack retirement pension finds, eliminate medicare and social security, forclose on everyones property, and we have a total complete dictatorship with slavery. Add in technology and artificial intelligence eliminating competition from pesky biological life forms and we just may have to be exterminated like vermin.
Thom, have you written on any occasion to President Obama and let him know of your concern regarding the TPP. And if so, did President Obama ever reply to you? How about Hillary? If Senator Warren is voicing concern again on the Transpacific Partnership, the Middle Class, etc., perhaps Senator Warren should try throwing her hat in the 2016 presidential ring if the Senator is truly CONCERNED. At this point in time, speaking out only goes so far..... maybe Senator Warren wouldn't say to the kind of not so subtle advice from Camp Hillary; that of, advising Senator Warren NOT to run in 2016 because that ENTITLEMENT goes to Hillary. My guess; Hillary is still crafting her acceptance speech that will sound populist enough to co-opt the Left, the Progressives, and other DINOs, however, also enough for her corporate supporters to read between the lines in her stump speeches and personal appearance, and thusly, when she tries to put her hand on the bible and take the presidential oath in 2017. Maybe instead, Hillary should be putting her hand on Bill's little black book of private phone numbers.

For me, the big mystery is why much of the media marketed to libs (perhaps most notably, MSNBC) will rail against the TPP one day, then the next day try to sell Hillary Clinton to run against VP Joe Biden for the 2016 nomination. Clinton had worked long and hard at promoting the TPP before deciding to play candidate-maybe. That makes sense, of course, since Bill Clinton gave us NAFTA, but it doesn't make sense that so much of this media support the solid neoliberal Clinton.
He's 'Fox News'. This country needs truth, substative truth. Not the mundane stuff or opinionated garbage complete with negative epitaphs. Our country is so ill-informed that it is a disgrace. Can't get Dish where I am now so I watch independent news online. MSM makes my head spin. There are so many truly important things to know in order to make wise decisions and MSM has pretty much let the country down. It's as culpable as the lying politicians. My son used to tell me lies and it took a long time to regain my complete trust. I now google every outrageous thing I hear, trying to figure out what is true......and, truthfully, it's not that easy. Oh, back to O'Reilly. He's part of the problem,too. I didn't think the news was supposed to be entertainment, rather, acting as 'the fourth estate' was supposed to keep the public informed. I naively thought that meant, they having nothing to gain politicially speaking, they would be telling the truth. Just fire the SOB. His credibility is tarnished and we have no litmus test for knowing when it's spin or when it's truth. And, as Robert Kennedy Jr. remarked, "We (Americans) are the most well-entertained and ill-informed society". It will be our demise. That said, Thom, you do an awesome job. Kudos.
