Trump & GOP - Welcome To The End of The World...

Thom plus logo Donald Trump and the entire Republican Party are so committed to keeping their billionaire donors happy, particularly those who make their money from fossil fuels, that they are not only deny science but now they are wrecking it.

Trump's administration is responsible for producing the climate survey on which major governmental decisions are based. And, with regard to climate change, they are saying that they will not consider anything that's going to happen after 2040, which is when the most severe consequences, including mass extinctions, are set to begin.

In exchange for money, the GOP is literally welcoming the end of the world.

Well before we go all AOC... perhaps we could try a few other things, like....

1. Fix Fukushima and other leaking reactors

2. Ban roundup

3. Stop chemtrails that land on every living thing

4. develope better battery storage

Who's working on these issues?

If we get that right then we can take on more

5. Don't step on worms.

6. Don't eat the entrails of aardvarks.

6. Mine the cheese on the Moon.

7. Comprehend Bell's Theorem.

8. Close your eyes.

9. Tap your heels three times.

10. And think to yourself: "There's no place like home; there's no place like home; there's no place like home..."

11. But whatever you do, do not heed the dire warnings of virtually every climate scientist on the planet or take any other meaningful action in the short time left for humanity to actually mitigate the unfathomably expensive and deadly effects of human-caused climate catastrophe our children and grandchildren -- and every other lifeform -- will certainly suffer.

12. Oh yeah, and vote for Trump ...because, you know, JESUS!

From Cracking the Code:
"No one communicates more thoughtfully or effectively on the radio airwaves than Thom Hartmann. He gets inside the arguments and helps people to think them through—to understand how to respond when they’re talking about public issues with coworkers, neighbors, and friends. This book explores some of the key perspectives behind his approach, teaching us not just how to find the facts, but to talk about what they mean in a way that people will hear."

From The Thom Hartmann Reader:
"Thom Hartmann channels the best of the American Founders with voice and pen. His deep attachment to a democratic civil society is just the medicine America needs."
Tom Hayden, author of The Long Sixties and director, Peace and Justice Resource Center.
From Cracking the Code:
"Thom Hartmann ought to be bronzed. His new book sets off from the same high plane as the last and offers explicit tools and how-to advice that will allow you to see, hear, and feel propaganda when it's directed at you and use the same techniques to refute it. His book would make a deaf-mute a better communicator. I want him on my reading table every day, and if you try one of his books, so will you."
