Lot and Sodom and Gomorrha
The United States reminds me of Sodom and Gomorrha. Lot was chosen by God to take his family and leave the city and to not look back. God was about to destroy the city. Lot asked God to spare the city. He said to God if the angels could find maybe100 good people to spare the city. The angels went out and they could not find 100 (I do not recall the actual numbers.) good people in order to spare the city. Lot asked to the Lord to have the angels find 50 good people to spare the city. The angels could not find 50 good people. Lot, again, asked the Lord to find 20 good people to spare the city. The angels could not find 20 good people.
The United States has many good people dwindling to a precious few because the majority of the people have accepted the devil as their lord and master. The majority of the people have accepted political debauchery and political prostitution. The majority of Americans hate and they delight in killing and torture. There is a growing depraved indifference toward human beings and their welfare in America.
Karl Schwarz says that the Bush family as other American families is inhuman and inhumane. Americans are becoming inhuman and inhumane and they have chosen to be the devil’s disciples. The angels are looking to find enough good people so God could spare America but as Sodom and Gomorrha the good people are dwindling down to a number that will not be able to save America from God’s destruction.
May God in His judgment still have mercy on our souls!!!
I, gerald, president has cajones and I say we are leaving Afghanistan!!! It takes cajones to lead!!! Obama will not be re-elected in 2012 and so he should do at least one thing right and that is to leave Afghnistan. Just leave and pull up the cajones with both hands as we leave Afghanistan.

Lock up the employers for hiring illegal aliens!!!
I partly agree with Carrie. I think for very small mom and pop businesses with 1 to 2 employees, we should allow them to pay sub-minimum wages. Small start-ups like this have a 95% failure rate. We need to do everything we can to help them stay in business until they are on solid footing. There are plenty of young people who would not mind making less than minimum wage, part-time or full time, they just want to work. And it can make the difference between the small mom and pop surviving and dying.
As a former resident of Fremont, NE for 18 years (now living in CA) I see the change every time I visit my family. Growing up in Fremont, many of my friends' parents raised a family on one income from the meat packing plants. Now those jobs are being offered to illegals who are being paid under the table. Everyone must pay taxes to ensure a good education and safe community for our children. Illegal immigrants are not paying their share which is creating a strain on both small communities and large cities.
In speaking with my family and other members of the community, I've heard both compassion and frustration. Many are compassionate for those who are fleeing a violent country with no opportunity to provide for their families. On the other hand, they are also frustrated that their small community has to bear the burden.
I believe we are mistakenly pointing the finger at both the illegal immigrants and the citizens of these small communities. We need to start holding the negligent government, lawmakers, and companies that employ these illegal immigrants liable. This has gone on for far too long and now we have a much bigger crisis on our hands. We need to be active. This small town is showing initiative and taking back their community!

I'm getting tired of hearing Americans talking about how corrupt other Governments are. Is Karzai corrupt? Is his brother involved in the drug trade? No more than the Government that installed him.
Even if our so called representitives actually represented our interests - the structure of our bicameral legislature precludes the will of the people ever being enacted. One state, two senators no matter the size of the population.
Rep. King needs to learn that Man created God in his own image.

Perhaps I was really happy because just a few days ago a depressed frustrated individual asked me-what can we do- And I thought, you know, if we could get the Christians on board- we could get them turned around....and if we stopped letting the right tell them that our position was to kill and eat fetuses.....if it doesn't make sense, it is because someone is lying about someone's position- well please check out the site and the interview from the Colmes show last evening.
The Russian Judicial System executed those who watered down their beloved Vodka. The Chinese Judicial System executed those who sold poisoned Baby Formula. The Muslim Judicial System may cut off the hand of a thief. The American Judicial System is manipulated to keep certain segments of society in line. Once upon a time, employees of city, state, and federal government were not allowed to receive gifts in the performance of their duties. Maybe the difference lies in employee vs. elected official. Employees are layed-off and fired. Elected officials become millionaires by way of Lobbyist. President Obama said he would remove the Lobbyist from Washington. He made a lot of promises. They were descent of him. However, I don't believe he knew where he was going. He ended elsewhere. HIs Israeli friends should school him on David and Goliath. Give him some stones , a slingshot, and send him back to Washington by way of Africa. Stones and slingshot from Israel combined with that Old Black Magic should send the Republicans and Lobbyist running and screaming for their lives through the streets of Washington, D. C. I'm hoping he won't disappoint all the millions of people who supported him with their faith, time, and money. Maybe he should stop preaching to the sinners and preach to his choir. They are those who will stand with in battle or at the gallows.
I just saw the movie Gasland on HBO. It is a must see for everyone. Drilling for gas using hydraulic fracturing is poisoning our water and our air, and the EPA (and Congress) is doing nothing about it. It appears that there are still bought-and-paid-for Cheney cronies in the EPA that Obama hasn't replaced. It's easy to see just how important it is to have really good people in government agencies. If Obama had gotten rid of the Bush cronies from the MMS, we might not be having this oil spill problem right now. And oh, yes...there remains the Bush appointees in the Attorney General's office...still there doing who knows what?
So now Obama is stuck trying to clean up an epic mess with Bush's good ol' boys hard at work behind the scene still trying to dance a Corporate tune. The Corporate strangle-hold is getting down-right scary. What more can we do to educate the masses to move them off their asses?

The word cross does not appear in the earliar version of the New Testament in Greek I have a copy that has a literal translation in Engislh. The T or cross was a former pagan sign. It had to do with the celabration of Ishtar..Tamuzz was a god as well as Ishtar. I think Isthtar was the mother of Tammuz who was killed by a wild bore. To avenge his death we kill pigs and eat them on Easter as well as hot cross buns. The ancients baked bread and sliced a cross on it before baking. All in honor of Tammuzz. Christianity didn't replace paganism, it adoped it.

As a result of latest Scotus decision, if a foreign corporation wants to donate all the money they want to a conservative political candidate, then that's protected free speech; but if I want to send Hamas five dollars to help them rebuild Gaza, then I land in jail. Could the hypocrisy of the plutocrat-loving Scotus be more blatant? Free speech for billionaires, and jail for us concerned citizens.

Low tariffs for goods and products entering this country is desired by the elite so our wages will remain slave wages with some ability to purchase goods and products in order to have us believe that the money we make is enough for us.
Who Do You Say I Am
The New Testament in the Holy Bible has four gospels. In Mark’s gospel he is clear that Jesus is the Son of God. In Matthew’s gospel he refers to Jesus as a teacher. In Luke’s gospel Jesus is a physician and a reconciler. In John’s gospel he says that Jesus is the Word and the Word was God. Jesus refers to Himself as “I AM.” Jesus is claiming to be God. His words could come across as blasphemous or simply the truth, depending on what you believe. The centerpiece to Christianity is the Cross.
As Christians we cannot leave the naming of Jesus to others. We have to answer the question personally. Who do we say that Jesus is? For me I believe that Jesus is God.
I think that ensuring a safe food supply is indeed the responsibility of the government. Hellooooooo.
