There's just too many guns. And way too many, way too powerful guns. And way too many people have big arsenals in their basements. And all the gun freaks writing in with all kinds of BS about history, and statistics, and long essays about all kinds of stuff to support every kind of gun, and zero controls on any gun of any kind, you'd think that owning lots and lots of guns and tons of ammunition was their answer to all our problems. Get rid of your guns. Throw them in the sea. Throw them in a sacrificial pond like the Celts used to do. Melt them down.
I don't feel we are making much headway in this gun discussion. I think this debate needs to get back to the basics. When emotions are involve logic seems to get in the way. So lets try some logic. If it's alright with you I would like to ask you a few question.

My daughter works for one of the largest, if not the largest, banks in America. She was recently diagnosed with the flu by her doctor. The bank required her to come in and work lunch then sent her home. She is a 20 hour employee who normally works 30+ hours each week.
