I have recently be introduced to a new, I say new but the technology has been around since the 60's, way to create safer cheaper nuclear energy from thorium. Nuclear energy has received alot of criticism almost since its discovery, and for good reason, but in my research, I have found many benefits to developing this form of energy. Why shouldn't we develop this technology to be a safe beneficial bridge between carbon based energy, and sustainable carbon free energy?
I wrote to this blog yesterday to report I'd discovered my rates for healthcare would double after the health care law goes into effect. Today I discover I was wrong. They will actually go down and my coverage will be considerably better. A letter from my health care provider, Group Health of Seattle, showed my rates doubling under the new law, so I called their customer service line to learn more. For some reason the person I spoke to somehow failed to explain that this may not be the case at all.
