Who cares. If they are not eating us I really don't care.

Thanks for this, I want to take this up with Norman Goldman.

Thom: You had a woman guest who said there may be still time to arrest Bush for war crimes but we might be running out our statute of limitations. Who was she and how can I find her?

Somewhat late about the response to treason, obstruction, or what I consider sedition activities suggested by hate radio commentators for the past decade. However, because I missed the last blog about Treason I would like to pitch my comments to include succession with wrong and illegal interpretation of the Constitution.

That’s exactly where a revolt has a huge possibility to enter into the big picture. Yes, I wish to defend Thom’s theme in that the Republican Party is leeching, in concert as suggested by his author associate that condemns how the Republicans prey on or clings to obstruction and or intended chaos to savage and destroy the America we know; as a parasite. It’s so obvious like a lock step goose step, say what!

Consider what is happening now with many of the blogger’s whereas the interpretation of the Constitution is going loony. It should because it is out dated and needs revision, besides America is in a controversial time in wide open communications of the internet.

My ideas are not all the best either but little parts from each of us have the same similarity as taking part in a vote. Combined we will make it better.

Many can recall those political rallies by the Tea party, a new special time when the Republican brand tried to change its image. If ever a time when revolution and antigovernment sentiment stood out it was at those rallies obnoxiously illustrated photo graphed with pictures of tea baggers slinging AK 47’s, forty fives on the leg, and M16’s over the shoulder. Ladies and gentleman if ever there was a time that meant their way or six foot under it was then. Yes, it seems you either vote Republican or push up daisies.

No way as that as the American. Where America has been a military proxy for the Arabs via the Bush/ Cheney/ Bin Laden families leeching to prosperity through profiteering all the while slicing and dicing America into a fractured economy. That’s treason. Plus America needs to buck up to admit secret prisons and torture are wrong, evil, and not who we are, that who they are Bush/ Cheney and the Bin Laden profiteering families. Now we likely have to add the whole red state pack. It not only Congress it is also the twenty or more red state governors that can press the Laplacian Economic Pedals with Palin pepper in concert the right way to jam the Republic.

Yes using a math science is way to measure and gauge to show how America is being devoured by a determined political agenda. Its raw ugly totally dishonest flavored with religious rudeness. This is anti-American stuff so extreme not challenged. Most hateful Republican talk shows invoke weird political debates through mainstream media via Fox and ABC that confuse or condemn abortion. At the same time talk about drone bombing innocent eager new potential democracies that harbor terrorist, or torture to win wars not the usual rotary club now the prescott swastika rotary club. Regular conversation include home grown terrorist.

The Revolt is not waiting to start, it is in progress. Thom is a challenger here; I salute Thom because it takes courage to speak out about such issues. I always thought several Congressional types have been in antithetical actions against the Constitution in an intended method to smash the Constitution as we know it. No, they the Republicans are not in it to improve it for creation for all of us. These Republicans of today are just the one percent that are the takers.

chuckle8 ~ Now I'm confused!?! Is that 1%, .01%, or .1%. The ratio is spread out over 3 decimal places. That's too much for me to wrap my little head around at this hour of the night. Can we pick just one. Oh, please let's make it the .01%. That's a much easier pinch of the population to play with. Thank you!

Outback - I think the Militia Act of 1787 would be a far better place to determine what the founders meant by a militia. Since they created the 2nd amendent to avoid having a standing army, I do not think any of the definitions you gave are appropriate. Getting definitions from a multi-national corporation e.g Meriam-Webster seems fraught with peril for anything that the top 0.1% might be effected by.

Outback - I assume you never listen to Thom. His favorite topic is that the supreme court has no constitutional right to determine if a law is constitutional. SCOTUS took it upon themselves in 1803 to say they could declare laws unconstitutional. In the process, they converted our country from a constitutionally limited democratically represented republic to a constitutional monarchy. Thomas Jefforson pointed this out to the SCOTUS and shamed them into not declaring anything unconstitutional until 1856, the Dredd Scott decision (as I recall).

Akunard -- "Too stupid to comment on" what does that even mean? I should mention, I don't really mean 1%. 1% is just easy way to say the top 0.01%. That is, the ones with enough money to run the country. For example, UBS laundering drug money and our govt saying they can't prosecute them because it will bring the economy down.

Loren Bliss -- Western civilization has existed for 7000 years. Could you not draw some parallels to historical events. For example, did the Roman empire fall apart into separate tribes?

  • The Constitution is not a la carte!   12 years 3 weeks ago

Loren Bliss wrote ~ "While the One Percent's preference is obviously theocracy, the forces of secularism and/or unapologetic Gaian paganism are strong enough in the coastal cities to mount an effective resistance, hence in the interest of profit the corporations will have to adopt at least the pretense of tolerance outside the officially Christian domains."

I see one other possibility Loren Bliss, a new spiritualism founded in coastal cities and spreading quickly throughout the world. Such an event is prophesied in most world religions; including, Christianity. Hell, Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce also prophesied such an event. This new religion would be a personal one. No institution required. The only ceremonies of worship would be free public events such as concerts and fairs where everyone in the community chips in to make the event happen and to serve.

The recent link I sent to you concerning The Great Prophet I will repeat here. I will post the link to the end of that video as well--a song called, "Not Fade Away." If you do nothing else, simply fast forward to the imagery at the end of the second link that shows quite clearly on a map exactly where this world changing spiritual movement will begin. The entire video also demonstrates the type of public ceremonies I envision that would become a norm in the future practice of this spirituality. In the future, Churches of the past will be banned. Communal events will take their place. Much like it was in antiquity.

Historywriter, you are a boor! Your specious observations reflect an obvious lack of intelligence. You routinely direct your silly comments at posters you either intentionally won't name or whom you don't possess the attention span to identify. If in fact you do "write history" it must be for the Texas school system. I'm tired of dealing with you.

DAnneMarc, thanks for stepping up to the plate, but my advice is not to waste another minute on this idiot.

Self-importance does not suit anyone well ken--including the Federal Government, the Supreme Court, and yourself. If you want to criticize my opinion at least criticize my opinion and leave sophomoric rhetoric out.

A great deal of writing with no real point, with the exception of Hartmann ranting against the Republicans again. But that is what he gets paid for; putting the crowd into frenzy, so they will make stupid remarks about a subject we all know the answer too. Fed.'s always trump the States when it comes to the last word concerning the law. Like making marijuana legal, until the D.E.A. shows up to incarcerate your butt or the Court rule's that your employer can fire you if you test positive for the drug! Fed.'s 1 - States 0. End of game. K. W. Simple example, but you get the point!

You guys love to ramble on in your comments, even though you know the Federal Government has the power to over- rule any State law. DAM lighten up, your just one opinion in a sea of many voices! You are not sitting on the bench of the Supreme Court, dude! Self-importance does not suite you well!

Sorry! My bad. But what the hell, it was just a typo.

Whether you round up or down 3 X longer existence with only swords as weapons says enough for me.

historywriter wrote ~ "Yeah, that's right. It's just not fair for those of us who want to restrict access to guns to use the deaths of children to make a point."

Last time I looked shooting children was illegal. If someone wants to commit a horrendous crime like that do you really think forcing them to buy their guns illegally is going to dissuade them. You need to calm down to the point of thinking about what you want to say before you say it.

    Quote article:
"Former Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska) said he believes that the White House is hiding the truth about "extraterrestrial influence that is investigating our planet."

It goes right to the White House, and of course, once the White House takes a position, 'well there's nothing going on'…it just goes down the chain of command, everyone stands to." he said.

Gravel pointed out that many former military officers, like retired Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, have seen UFOs and observed them disabling nuclear weapons.

"The smoking gun of the whole issue, which is when they saw hovering space craft in Wyoming and South Dakota over the ICBM missile silos that the missiles couldn't work," Gravel said.

"What we're faced with here is, in areas of the media, and the government too, an effort to marginalize and ridicule people who have specific knowledge."
