it appears that we were lucky about the postponement of the March 15th
action. The way I understood the law was that recording a conversation
without the full consent of all parties was that the recording did not
meet the requirements of illegal eavesdropping until it was played for
people who were not present at the time of the recording. I was
planning on recording the action.
It appears that this whole felony talk is about limiting the ability
of citizens to see what the government is doing. It's quite serious,
and I think we need to contact the ACLU or any friendly party to get
this kind of police state legislation removed.

There isn't much honest conversation in D.C. We should be changing the system that allows so many sociopaths to converge upon and infest our government. It's not a debate, it's a race of schooners full of lies with sails made of money billowing with the winds of hatred.
Unfortunately, I thought I read that the Congressman that was spat upon chose not to press charges. That is unfortunate as the Democrats have to show some spine and press charges for all of these acts of terrorism.

Maybe it is time for the teaTerrorists and the seditious right wing radio entertainers and Republican leaders to visit hotel Gitmo for a little shower to cool their hot heads down. After all, they were not upset about the passage of the Patriot Act, which I believe should apply to the terrorist acts they perpetrated.
The MASTERS of projection are at it again. Obama zombies???? I know from personal experience that those who use Fox and other right wing media are exhibiting "brain washed" behaviors. My sister is a nurse who is normally very kind and giving but started screaming incoherently at me with right wing rants. I could not get a word in edge-wise, so I hung up the phone on her. Now my attorney brother, who also is normally kind and giving, screamed incoherently (with many recognizable right wing talking (screaming?) points). He was driving and I was a passenger. For 50 miles he kept screaming in a way I have never heard him do before. I sat quietly and let him rant but nothing would stop the screaming once he got started. He is a long time reader of The Wall Street Journal.
The radical right depends on (preys upon) the ignorant. Some are intelligent, but not well read, or only read what the radical right puts out. Others are not very intelligent, don't read anything of consequence, and cannot understand how this country has turned against them. Sarah, Michelle, Rush, Sean, Glen, and Billow are telling them, though. I hear the same arguments over and over.
"Obama zombies" is just another radical right attempt at projecting what they are doing onto the other side.
I came across a YouTube video in which some guy was “advising” MSNBC and CNN on how to catch-up in the ratings war with Fox News, which has at times a higher rating that other two combined. He observed that it couldn’t just be the right-wing filth that attracted viewers. He noted that Fox News employs a good number of blond female “analysts” who have a habit of wearing micro skirts, and seem to show little awkwardness in displaying as much thigh as possible when sitting down on studio sofas; one might regard this as calculated titillation. I don’t actually watch Fox News, but after viewing this video, I thought I’d check this theory out for myself. It didn’t take long for some “doctor” named Cynara Coomer, who apparently serves as Foxes’ version of Sanjay Gupta, to arrive on the scene, wearing a little black dress with a plunging neckline revealing the kind of exposure of cleavage you might see on Univision. Frankly, I have a hard time imagining any of the MSNBC regulars agreeing to “sexing-up” their wardrobe in a like manner, even for ratings; it probably wouldn’t help anyways, to be blunt (in Univision’s defense, it’s much less shy about reporting hate crimes that its core audience recognizes than the mainstream media does).
Fox News also apparently likes to highlight the crimes and follies committed by non-whites, presumably because this kind of thing titillates its right-wing white audience. Fox interviewed Kevin James, the husband of some adult film star named Devon James—who, it seems, was afraid of falling further than #15 on Tiger Woods’ list, and Fox News was more than willing to set the record “straight.” James told a drooling FOXXX News anchor that Woods and his wife “met” about ten times between 2006 and 2008. He said he wasn’t jealous of Woods, because he himself was having sex with five different women a week, and if one allowed jealousy to slip into this line of work, you’d probably end-up killing yourself.
James also mentioned that "Today is just a crazy day. She's (Devon James) the number one Googled girl in America right now. We're just going to take offers and see what's next." In other words, “Show me the money.” Sometimes it’s tough to decide what is more pathetic, Woods’ antics or these people. The publishers of The National Enquirer and People can wax moralistic all they want, but we know what the bottom line is for rags whose principle audience is the Jerry Springer crowd. Naturally, Fox Sports’ website (unlike ESPN’s) has a whole page devoted to the latest Woods’ gossip. Yesterday, Fox Sports (and probably on the Fox News website as well) was posting articles from British tabloids like The Sun; one story claiming that Woods was engaged in a threesome that included the aforementioned porn star read like something more suitable for Hustler (well, at least I think that it would).
