Bernie Sanders is an Independant. He is on every week for his progressive views. He is Not a Democrat! So, why not support a bunch of Independants? The Democratic Party is corrupt. It's just less corrupt than the GOP. You can't take over the DLC without a lot of money and selling your soul. Jesus! It's not rocket science!

Let me give you a few clues - I worked my way thru college - New Mexico State - it was all I could afford, but it had a good Electrical Engineering Program. Three years on the grave yard shift, get off work, go to class to get my MSEE. Just before 1 semester I had to make a choice between an expensive tooth restoration or getting it extracted and paying tuition - I paid tuition.
I didn't even own a car until my first job after college. I already knew that I needed to save every dime I could scrape together and started buying mutual funds before I was thirty. By the time I'd been working for ten years, I'd switched jobs 4 times and moved to follow them. I've lost count of the contracts and projects I've worked on now. I've almost never had medical or dental coverage, I've always bought my own insurance, when I could afford it. The only pension I'll see is what's in my retirement accounts.
Now, after many years of following Warren Buffet and The Motley Fools, my investments are doing well. I've always wished I could have afforded Stanford, to get into a startup, but I've had to settle for participating as a late stage investor. I can honestly say that I'm self-made and I'll also say that things are a whole lot easier now. Just check out http://ycombinator.com/ as an example. Then there's Apples app store - they've paid out some $2 billion to the authors of programs sold thru it. I'll have a couple in there soon myself.

Though I'm a progressive, and I think the database is a great idea, I can tell you that the conservatives argue against this is because it is a government funded database. They'll say: "government is broke, we can't afford it", and then: "just join to Angie's List". This is just another case of the Republican's pro-corporation, anti-public agenda. To them, consumer protection and preventative safeguards should not exist; if you get sick or injured from a product, just hire a lawyer (that is, if you can afford one with your ever-diminishing paycheck), but just remember, your lawsuit is limited to $200, 000 thanks to tort reform!
Elioflight Right On! What is lost on all these "Self-Made" bragging "Look-At-How-Smart-I Am" versus "look how stupid you all are poor morons" is the fact that they only got wealthy by selling their wears to those very same stupid morons!

Koch's Show Dog (no need for a breed)
Ever watched a dog show? Walker is a pretty boy and he is so well trained - the perfect face to disguise a perfabricated adjenda. Can you believe he refuses to budge from the masters behest? If the citizens of Wisconsin are the master voice Walker responds to, he would be for compromising along with the call of the people. Ever see a well trained dog that isn't yours? they do not listen to anyone but their master... put pressure on the masters or skew their communication and the dog is unable to function of free will. all of the show dogs are always pampered... like Walker is. It is identicle to the request of Walker to the fake Koch for pampering for his constituents to keep there spirits up.
Humans are animals too. Unless a person is completely aware of ALL the influences in their respective lives, they continue to believe they have free will without effect. THIS IS FALSE. Everything you hear, see, feel, smell, taste in a day reminds you of things in your past. At night, dreaming allows the 'noise' of the day to resonate into memories. But free will is easy to fake. it is the entire foundation of all psy-op related philosophy.
Walker is a human that has probably been lead to believe he is doing something right. If he has seriously never talked to or met the Koch's, then their influence on him is indirect. So how does one go about indirectly influencing someone else? If it was me, I would want that person to have an absence of doubt and time... because even simple statistics or arithmatic is not easy to do in ones head. Thus, concluding any opposition would be entirely on the individual in a fixed time. But absence of doubt... being that there are only 5 senses, smell and taste and touch don't really influence major descisions. But what you see and hear does! Thus I would want to surround this person with actors to feed a false impression of ideology.
So I have sort of concluded that Walker is not even able to change anything. If he changes even one word of pre-authorized legislation written by lobbiests, he would be ruined. The adjenda of the right wing is a multigenerational event that is still unfolding.
In the long run the gop. More and more Americans are seeing them for what they are, and it's very disturbing. I believe most of them who didn't vote in 2010 regret they didn't, and many will make sure they won't make the same mistake in 2012. But they need to be reminded from time to time.
That's where you and others on the radio, t.v. and print come in, but also people like me and your other listeners do too.

...I get it; it's an averages game, so if, for instance, one year 1 person makes $100mil and 10 people make $50k, and then the next year 1 person makes $110mill and 10 people make $0, that's almost a 9.5% increase everyone's making on average!
This means every member of congress should have to produce their birth certificate. Anyone who is elected will have to be reconfirmed. Everyone both Federal and State. How much will that cost I wonder?
Thom: I really like your show on RT, but please get rid of the green color on the streaming headlines. Not only is it hard on the eyes, but it's hard to read, even blurry. Otherwise, it's a great addition to TV.
